Chloe is a presenter of a popular music programme that once had Fabian Vane as its guest. Chloe hosted a live phone-in, inviting members of the public to question Vane on topics such as his new album. She wasn't seen to react to Bruiser Magoon's threatening phone call but, by the end of the show, had turned her attentions to new superstar Peter Android.
Chloe is a bird and shares a striking resemblance to Tekno the Canary, particularly the beak.
