Not to be confused with Sonic the Comic Online character Cedric the Elephant.
Cedric is a young member of the Emerald Hill folk. Little older than a toddler, Cedric came under attack (along with much of the Emerald Hill Zone) when a Trooper squadron unleashed Weapon X, a spiked cannon aimed at civilians. Cedric was one of the people in danger of being impaled, but was rescued by Sonic the Hedgehog at the very last second.
A butchery exists that sees Cedric's head replaced with the more well-known STC-O character.
