Nebula is a second-generation Badnik. They have been a major part of Doctor Robotnik's army for years. Nebulas have rounded bodies that fly on helicopter rotors and a small funnel on their undersides. They will fly directly over a target and drop bombs from these funnels. Over time, Nebulas have had their weapons modified so that they can actually aim rather than drop on whatever's directly beneath them.
