Pongo was a bullying prefect from Professor Frank N. Stein's prep school days. Much like Head's relation to Chuck D. Head, Pongo was always with Stinky Bates, riding on his back as he and his fellow prefects would regularly pick on Stein, hitting him with twangy rulers and forcing him to let them copy his homework. Pongo, together with Stinky, would later recieve his comeuppance when a vengeful Stein took action and painted his tormentors' heads green.
