The Interview Zone is a feature that appeared in Issue 243 of Sonic the Comic Online. The article is an interview with Richard Elson, conducted by Adamis. The interview covers a range of topics, such as how Elson got into comic work, his artistic techniques, character designs, collaborating with Nigel Kitching, future work and advise to budding artists. He also reveals that he is not a fan of Sonic the Hedgehog fan, preferring Mario.
Down the side of the feature is a mixture of finished STC pictures by Elson as well as several concept drawings and rough covers.
