Lock and Load is an attack used by RAX Coswell. The name comes from the term "lock and load", usually associated with firearms. However, RAX's attack is a simple punch to the face with his cybernetic arm. The technique still has a decent amount of power, as it was able to end a battle with Shadow Yamoto. Coswell may have also tried to use the move in his Day of Determination bout with Xavier Pendragon although, in this case, he was referring more to act of locking and loading his energy weapons.
In the original Eternal Champions video game, Coswell could perform a Lock and Load attack as one of his special moves. By pressing the A and B buttons together, the move would deplete the opponent's health by 10%.
