Monty the Python was a one-shot villain who may not have really existed and appeared in the Decap Attack story, Decap-Man. He made his first and only appearance in the story in a montage in which Chuck, as Decap-Man, fought off one villain after another. To his credit, Monty refused to surrender, even after losing all his limbs. He is an obvious reference to the classic British comedy series, Monty Python's Flying Circus, and his only line in the story, plus the removal of his limbs are references to the Black Knight character of Monty Python and the Holy Grail. To add to this, he is accompanied by a dead parrot, a reference to one of the Pythons' most famous sketches.
