Muscleman is a superhero from the Superzone. He is the first person Sonic the Hedgehog and Amy Rose meet when they enter the Zone and introduces himself as "the man with the six-pack stomach". Amy shrugs him off, wondering if his mind isn't quite as up to scratch as his muscles.
After the fiasco with the Meteor Destruction Man, Muscleman invites Sonic and amy to join the Justice Legion of Champions but the hedgehogs politely decline.
