The Portal & Gift Store is a shop somewhere on Mobius. Run by a rat called Tom, the cave is primarily a place to ride the dimensional portal, a gateway to an unknown dimension. However, there are also a plethora of gifts in cardboard boxes that can be purchased at the counter.
Sonic the Hedgehog (disguised as Bob Beaky) visited the store to ride the portal, having been forced to leave Mobius by Grimer. A number of other people, some with children, were also looking to leave (or buy gifts). When the New Robotnik Empire invaded the city outside, Sonic left the store and revealed himself to its owner. Before the reveal, Tom had a number of "wanted" posters on his wall, signifying his lack of trust for the hedgehog.

- The owner of the store has a limited knowledge of grammar, punctuation and spelling. His store is "Toms", he abbreviated "you are" to "UR" and there were a couple of other spelling mistakes.
