Sonic Triple Trouble is a 1994 video game released for the Sega Game Gear. The game, Sonic's fourth platforming outing for the handheld console, is largely similar to the plot of Sonic 3 & Knuckles, with Doctor Robotnik convincing Knuckles the Echidna that Sonic the Hedgehog and Tails are after the Chaos Emeralds. One new addition is bounty hunter Nack the Weasel (or Fang the Sniper) who protects the Emeralds in this game's Special Stages.
Triple Trouble did not receive a proper adaptation within the pages of Sonic the Comic. The closest they came was to include Nack as part of the Chaotix Crew since the game was released at a similar time to Knuckles' Chaotix. In Issue 43, Triple Trouble was awarded 87% by David Gibbon, stating that the gameplay is "somewhat style", despite claiming there are "many new challenges".
