Spiketower is a Badnik from the Botanic Base area of the Knuckles' Chaotix video game. The robot is armed with a massive spike several times bigger than its actual body, plus many smaller spikes surrounding its two wheels. The spike presumably allows Spiketower to self-right itself if it falls over, but its primary use is to prevent anyone from attacking it.
Although Spiketower has never featured in a Sonic the Comic strip, it appeared in the Badnik Alert! section of the Knuckles Knock-Out Special, gaining a Danger Rating of 5/5. This puts Spiketower in the same position as Motorspike from the Amazing Arena.
