Stinky Bates was a bullying prefect from Professor Frank N. Stein's prep school days. Rarely, if ever, seen without Pongo on his back, Stinky, led by Basher, would routinely torment the young Stein, forcing him to let the prefects copy his homework and attacking him with twangy rulers. Stinky would later recieve his comeuppance when Stein finally grew a backbone and painted his tormentors' heads green.
