Highview Corrective Centre is a prison on Mobius. The facility is well-known for its inmates never re-offending, although non-biased outsiders know that is because they are all hung.
Captain Plunder was sent to the prison to be hung by the neck until dead for piracy against Doctor Robotnik. Waiting for his death, Plunder was given fellow inmate Simpson the Cat for company. Their jailer, Mister Gullets, was suitably nasty, "treating" Plunder with a bucket full of unsavoury liquid. Fortunately, Simpson knew of a secret exit built by Billy Gulch shortly before his pardon. Plunder freed the pair from their chains with a secret tool and Simpson got them out of their cell by summoning a question mark from nowhere. During a fight with Gullets, Simpson painted a hole on the floor that their warden fell through.
Despite getting stuck, Plunder and Simpson made it out of the prison and into the sewer system. Unfortunately, the Sky Pirates had come to rescue their captain and narrowly missed seeing Plunder in the dark. The pirates were all arrested upon their entrance into Plunder's cell, whilst Plunder and Simpson escaped the centre in secrecy. Only Filch was to able to join them later.
In later stories, the Highview Corrective Centre was replaced with the Metropolis City High Security Prison.
