Vincent Low was a member of staff at Sonic the Comic primarily involved with the Review Zone. When Tony Takoushi ceased to produce regular entries for the feature, Low joined up with David Gibbon to helm it. From time to time, Low would also act as "Game Guru" at the Q Zone, particularly for Sonic the Hedgehog specials.
