Winston is the name of the teddy bear created alongside the Blockbusters contestant in Professor Frank N. Stein's Clone-O-Matic. In Starring Chuck D. Head!, the first Decap Attack story, the clone happily brandished Winston, asking if anybody wanted to see the mascot. After he had successfully scared away Max D. Cap and Rupert, Winston was chained in the dungeons alongside his owner, but it is unlikely he was tortured (too much). He later reappeared in Who Killed Chuck?, still chained in the dungeons, although he had for some reason switched places with the contestant - possibly due to the castle being knocked down and rebuilt in Walls.
In the real world, mascots were commonplace on UK game show Blockbusters. Each team (one solo and one pair) would bring in a mascot, introducing him to host Bob Holness before placing him in full view on the front of the desk.

- Since Winston was created in the Clone-O-Matic with Head's DNA, it is possible that Winston has somewhat of a mind of his own. This is helped by him sticking his tongue out while the Blockbusters contestant is chasing after "Bob".
